Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card (Stripe), Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification for manual payment methods.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Products must be unused and in original packaging for returns to be accepted.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
